While fasteners are a small part of most projects, they can have an outsized impact on production – a missing 3-cent part can shut down a factory. Quality PPM Learn More Quality PPM In addition to being on time, parts need to meet specification and quality standards. This KPI tracks rejection rate per million. An elevated rate risks shutting down the production line. Months on Hand Learn More Months on Hand For every part we manage, we provide supply chain visibility, starting with how long the current on-hand inventory will last. Typically, we establish a minimum on-hand inventory (e.g., three months).
